The knowledge and abilities needed to work in a variety of clinical healthcare support settings and in adult care situations will be helped by this certification. The qualification is made up of both required and elective units. Core competencies are covered by the required units, but learners can customise their qualifications to suit their requirements, interests, and the context of their jobs by selecting from a wide range of optional units. It includes a wide range of topics, such as understanding dementia, mental health and well-being, assisting people with their physical and emotional care, daily living requirements, and medical treatments. Learners or apprentices who want to work or are already working in a variety of NHS and private care environments. Learners must be at least 16 years old to enrol. While we do not impose additional entry requirements, institutions and training organisations may have their own standards.
